Two main topics:
- Quality of interactive systems: properties of plasticity (adaptation of user interfaces to the context of use, as a triplet user, platform, environment) and incentivity (persuasive technology)
- Environments supporting quality: creativity support tools, worth centered design, model driven engineering.
